This page provides a means to submit your online registration for classes at the Youth Ballroom Dance Academy. Please fill out the information fields below and click the submit button. This will send a registration request to Bill Sparks. Bill will send a confirmation email back to you informing you of your child’s registration status.

Please send/give Bill Sparks your registration form as soon as possible. You may make payment when bringing your child into the Academy for the first lesson. Please make any checks out to “YBDA”.
